Synopsis: Gray-haired furniture retailer Paul Winkelmann (Loriot) still has his dinner cooked and his laundry done by his mother (Brauren). He spends his evenings playing Scrabble with Mama's friends and discussing the role of women in society in his carnival club. When he meets psychologist Margarete Tietze (Hamann), "Pussi" finally begins to rebel against his dominant mother.
Review: The humour of Loriot motivated me to watch this movie. I knew his sketches of dry humour. The movie is also dry and misses rythm and suspense. There are some nice episodes that look like Loriot sketches. But many flaws where nothing happens and where the dialogues and the acting are flat.  In the DVD there is also a talk of Loriot for the Premiere in East-Berlin! Amazing what he dared to say. That during that event thousands of people were missing their duty of good socialist citizen by not producing anything. That was great! Unfortunately I did not found this video on internet.
