Synopsis: Ivan Locke, a dedicated family man and successful construction manager, receives a phone call on the eve of the biggest challenge of his career that sets in motion a series of events that threaten his careful cultivated existence.
Review: The first half of the movie is full of suspense even if it is first surprising to have one actor only on the screen. There are several stakes, on the job, on family and on his personal story. The last third was disappointing because these stories deflate unexpectedly.
The light effects of the camera, the controlled glare and reflections were amazing. Even if it does not necessarily brings much to the story. The acting of Tom Hardy is very good as he switches from one feeling to another often trying to control and calm himself. Very convincing even if the acting is given only by the face. Very promising movie, director and actor.
Rating: 6 /10
