| Review: The French director seems to have good intentions when he starts very slowly setting the atmosphere, but after a while I realized he was just setting up nothingness. Like all movies in the recent genre of Home invasion, this one is supposed to play with the natural fear we all have of somebody invading our privacy. Mientras Duermes was doing it very well and I should watch The Strangers which I heard is good. But Home Sweet Home is just sowly showing nothing happening, and ridiculous reactions by the main characters. Without an expresso just before the movie, I would have fell asleep. | |
