Review: This movie is entertaining, because it is a bit like a group of friends chatting at the end of a party. All the new scene of American comedian is there. Some scenes are ironic because they had to, but I had no much interest in the coming minutes of the movie. In general, the acting was ok, the story was ok, but nothing retaining my attention. | |

I have watched this movie on 27.03.2014 in HD VOD on my Home cinema. As you wrote it will indeed not stay in my memory for long.
ReplyDeleteHowever I liked that the actors play their own role, or a fictionnal version of it, especially for the ones I knew: Seth Rogen from Zack and Miri make a Porn, James Franco from the Spider-man trilogy and Jay Baruchel from The Sorcerer's Apprentice. The cameos by Emma Watson (Harry Potter), Rihanna (Battleship) and especially Channing Tatum (G.I.Joe) are quite funny.
And I laughted at some dialogs, like "Hey Seth Rogen, you have the same expression as in your last 6 movies", or "What are you, some kind of Hipster? You hate everything and the bottom of your pants seems impossibly tight". Finally I liked the design of the monsters that make them look like good old stop motion.
My rating: 4/10.
