Synopsis: Immediately after spending ten years in jail, the Driver (Johnson) starts eliminating some people one after the other.
Review: The reasons for the actions of the main character are slowly revealed as the movie goes, which keeps you in your seat otherwise it would only be a revenge movie. Also some not-really-useful side stories try to add something but don't always succeed. As in the early Schwarzenegger movies (Conan the Barbarian, The Terminator), the determination of Johnson is emphasized by keeping him silent: he barely says ten or twenty sentences during the movie! The most interesting in this movie is maybe the path he follows to redemption. Some dissapointement for a movie entitled Faster: it contains only one short car chase, although many muscle-cars are driven around.
