Dear
Cinephiles,
in the past two years we have rarely written more than 15 posts a month like we did this one. This time it is due to franchises we went through. Indeed we re-watched and loved Michael Bay's Bad Boys with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, and even more its sequel Bad Boys 2, waiting for the cinema release of a third this month.
We also continued going through the Fast and Furious movies, of which we can now say that our favorite is Furious 6, followed by Furious 7 and the fourth soberly entitled Fast and Furious.
A bit later than everybody else, we managed to watch and review Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker. Another blockbuster / big franchise sequel we also liked is the latest Terminator: Dark Fate.
Thanks to the nice Netflix series The Movies that made us, for the first time we saw the classic 80's Dirty Dancing with Patrick Swayze which is much more than what it seemed, i.e. a Romance with dance scenes.
Finally we were glad to see that M. Night Shyamalan still has his touch when watching Split.
