| Review: A quite intense drama about bullying, childhood trauma, and how it can affect an adult's life. All the ingredients are present to make you feel bad for the abused children. The drawings are not beautiful, but render well the feelings of the characters. The movie tends to be a bit long towards the end, and the characters over-explain their action, like often in asian movies. Note that the English sub-titles were sometimes difficult to understand in the version I have seen (poor translation). |
